I was nervous but I did it I finally got my wisdom tooth out . Doctor was so nice no pain with shot or extraction .did it fast I was surprised how he did it without complications office super nice and staff too ..I really loved the experience there

I liked the treatment that Viviana gave me, she explained everything to me step by step and was very attentive.

Love the crew there, they do great work definitely recommend. Made me feel comfortable and I usually avoid the dentist.

Upset with the operating system of incoming calls. 1:5 calls (if that) do they actually pick up calls, it’s always a voice mail or the ocasional pick up/ hang up. Very annoyed, I’m not even placed on hold.

Very bad service towards patients and their care. Appointments get cancelled constantly and their excuse is that the “doctor has an emergency.” Which yes, I understand completely BUT, my mom has been waiting for her cleaning appointment for the whole month of January & February and they have cancelled every single one of them, all because of the same excuse. Now, I don’t know if it’s because they kick of patients off the schedule who don’t have a huge treatment plan ($$) or what it is? But it’s ridiculous and unfair to my moms dental health. They even made aware to my mother that she had an appointment at 11 am on a Thursday, she confirmed and went to her appointment. Day of, she gets there and the office is closed. Called for her a day after and Maria mentioned that they open until 12 pm and they “supposedly” made it aware to every patient that they were opening until then which was FALSE because my mom never even got a call stating this and she took time out of her day to drive ALL THE WAY THERE. Literally ridiculous on how they communicate with their patients. Super unprofessional on their end

I just got updated to the Dental World!! The way pictures are taken of your teeth is awesome!!! Its the begining to everything!! And that room was very nice!! Oh and the waiting area is very comfortable.Then there's the dreaded "Deep Cleaning"; ( I've never been comfortable with this) I'll let you know after its done. Everything was explained to me twice. I really must write down my questions with the answers. Dr. Siddiqui was very nice and answered my questions including his (assistant?). I'll return after I get some of my work done in January. Dental isn't cheap; hold on to that job until your mouth is fixed! Anyone hiring part time? ***I'm back!!! I returned for my extraction recently. And I have to say Dr. S. is a miracle worker!! He told me what he was doing and I wouldn't feel anything or any pain. My mind said "RIGHT!" sarcastically. By the way,I am a grandmother; I told him I was going to cry. I've always cried every since I started going to the dentist. Its what I do. He was right!!! I couldn't believe it!! The numbing stuff i didn't feel when he put it on and the capped tooth was out of my mouth in no time!!! He's the best of the best!! My Dentist , Dr. Z. Siddiqui knows his profession, very well!!! I sing his praises to all my peeps!! Thank You So Much Doctor!!!

Great place, friendly customer service, and clean location.

Initially they were great; However, scheduling wise, very bad experience and unprofessional. Came in for my 10am appt and they’re system was down and told me they weren’t expecting me since the doctor doesn’t come in until 11am. Okay…. Why didn’t someone contact me a day before my appt to let me know of this. I missed work today and felt very frustrated by their lack of communication. They didn’t even try to figure something out to accommodate me… just an “I’m sorry”. I won’t be coming here again.

Very welcoming right when you enter, customer service is very good. Workers are very respectful welcoming and very nice. Very clean environment and facility. They let you know step by step to what they are going to do. I did wait a good while to be seen and not get a cleaning like I thought I would get. However, they were very detailed and informative and explained everything in detailed to my visit. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would go again and recommend it.

I scheduled an appointment for my children six months in advance knowing that they will need their school dental form. I left early from work to make it to find out that they are closed on Thursdays. I didn’t receive an email or call regarding any of this. So unprofessional.

If you are in search of a Denist I highly recommend this place! They were so welcoming and nice! They explained everything so well. They were really clean and professional! They have a tv in the room you can watch Netflix on while you wait! 10/10 experience will be returning and recommending to family and friends!

The wait time is 45 min to an hour to get called even with an appointment. They need to stop double booking as this is unacceptable.

Very friendly environment. The only thing that could use a little improvement is the hygienist when they clean my daughters teeth. She has a permanent lower retainer and when she comes home it’s a little loose and I have to bring her back for adjusting. Other than that very happy.

I've had a hard time finding a good dentist and hygienist in this area, but good reviews brought me to Smile Dental on Archer and it did not disappoint. Odette did a great job cleaning my teeth. Very detailed and professional. Did not rush thru and surface clean, she did it right! I will definitely go back and recommend. The place is very clean, the staff friendly (I was greeted with a Hi Peggy! when I walked in and it's only my second time there) and they accept my insurance, what more can you ask for?

By far one of the best dental experiences I have had in a while. Silvia and Afnan, the ladies at the front desk are really sufficient and know their job very well. They are sweet and check you in and out at a fast steady pace. They hygienist, Odedette makes you feel super comfortable and always answers questions and concerns without a problem. Overall very happy with the service I have gotten at Smile Dental Care.

Great staff and extremely sanitary. They made sure I felt welcomed and always asked if I have any questions or concerns about my teeth.

My general cleaning was great! The only thing is that when my permanent retainer was being glued back on (I didn't realize it until I got home) the glue was messy and had dried to my gums below my teeth

Best experience ever at a dental office! EVERYTHING from the moment I walked in till the moment I left was pleasant. Everyone was friendly. They worked together as a team. I only wish my insurance covered them or else I would switch over in a heartbeat!! This is the place to go for dental work. I hope I won’t need more work, but I’m sure glad I know where to go if I do.

I went for a cleaning for the first time at this location and they told me I had 10 cavities after other dentists telling me I never had cavities. They did fillings and my tooth still hurts after 4 months. I went back and the dentist and he "corrected the bite" which did nothing and it still hurts and none of my teeth hurt to begin with.

Always offer an accommodating schedule and staff that address any question that may arise.

Very nice place. Clean & inviting. Dentist & staff are very nice. X-rays done right in the room your sitting in; no need to walk down the hall & worry about your belongings. Although felt just a little pressure to have a lot of work done. Adds up!

This is my first time doing Invisalign. At this dental clinic, I have experienced great service to take care of my teeth. Making sure they don’t hurt or just right, making sure they are clean and white and just the nicest people I have encounter since my past experiences at dental clinics.

Everyone in the office greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. Office is modernized with advanced technology! On my initial exam ,the assistant took actual pictures of my teeth and of me for my profile. I felt uncomfortable at first ,but when the Dr. Wright came in and explained my treatment plan, he used the pictures and xrays to show me where and what needed to be fixed. In addition, he gave a referral for a second opinion with a specialist within my network. Great quality care that I have been looking for! Thank you.

Went for my initial visit/X-rays and it was pretty straight forward. Everyone was friendly and professional. The facility was clean. My treatment plan and options were explained to me. My toddler had his very first dental visit as well, which I was kind of worried about. It went really well and he says he likes going to the dentist. #issawin I have no complaints and will be returning.

After I filled out the forms in the lobby, I felt a very warm company environmental welcome:coming form the admin. Staff. This is Not to mention a young lady named Xochilt: She will make your day. She takes your x-rays and make you laugh the entire time without any pain Thank you. So as She developing the prints: I could see, this Lady from afar; with a long snow white Dr.'s coat. Then she looks toward me while working & smiles: and so I ask is this Lady my Dr. Khan D.D.S. SO Ms. Xochilt: said Yes, Lastly we switch chairs into the the Hygienist, for my cleaning with another Lady, named Ms. Sonia. Very delightful & quite intelligent. She told me how to take care of the problem areas near my back tooth on one side. Finally I actually meet Dr. Nilofer Khan for my first Exam. I have been looking for quite sometime, for a friendly but yet a great Dentist, Dr. She is worth waiting for. What stood out for me, is She said my teeth were in good condition, and I should not have any problems it i kept them cleaned. So I ask about upgrading, the work that was done previously. Dr. Nilofer Khan supersized me again : She left it all up to me. No pressure at all, but She did actually pointed out, if it's really not broken, why try to fix it. Should NOT GET A SINGLE STAR!!!Husband went there n they charged for things that he didn’t even get done. He went in as an emergency patient n they extracted the wrong tooth. Will not recommend this place.
